- Viimsi Kuuse Villad is a new development project situated in the prestigious area of Viimsi. The row-houses are situated in a homogenous living area among other semi-detached houses and is populated by young families with kids. Viimsi parish has been developing sporting and living opportunities in line with the needs of its inhabitants and as a result there is a school (www.haabneeme.edu.ee ) within a biking/walking distance to the houses, an indoor waterpark (www.aquapark.ee) , a medical centre (www.fertilitas.ee) , a skiing slope (www.vimkapark.ee) and a plethora of food shops, restaurants and gyms.
The houses have been designed with a regular young family in mind – with heat-saving technologies and enough space for each family member. Each residence will be approximately 140m2 in size, with four bedrooms on the second floor and a living room, kitchen and sauna on the first floor. There will be a balcony on the upper floor and a spacious terrace on the lower floor, which spreads on to a small land plot which can be used by the house owner. Each house is entitled to two parking spaces under a carport (except for third and fourth houses – they only have one of the two parking spaces under carport) and their own pantry. The project has a B-grade energy class which implies relatively low utility bills.
